Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. Plus, you can redirect mails from one electronic mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your email boxes against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails based on specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply specify the mail account you want to forward mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
